Processing and shipping time
We process and ship orders via UPS ground within 48 hours of receipt unless the customer requests another shipping method or timetable. Please remember when ordering that UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.

Shipping to locations outside the continental United States
Shipping and handling fees for orders placed from beyond the continental United States will be based on actual shipping charges.

Expedited shipping options available
UPS shipping options including Next Day, Second Day, and Third Day.  If requested, shipping and handling fees will reflect the higher rate.

Packaging
All posters will be shipped rolled in a sturdy 4-inch diameter cardboard tube. Flat shipment of posters is available and can be requested for orders of 10 or more posters.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from Echo-Lit, returns will be accepted for up to 30 days from the date you receive the package. If the posters are in poor condition or you are not satisfied for another reason, please call 1.866.533.4166, and we will send you a return shipping label and, if requested, refill the order.
